Become a Founding Partner of the UK Property Community
Property Expo Birmingham launches on 26 & 27 November 2026 at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham — bringing six property communities under one roof. We're inviting a select group of publications, podcasts, broadcasters, agencies, communities and creators to help shape it as Founding Partners — with category exclusivity and recognition carried into every future edition.
Founding Partner places are limited. Applying does not create a commitment — we review your audience, channels and objectives, then discuss what we can build together.

Why Partner
More than promotion. A shared platform for reach, relevance and influence.
The strongest partnerships are built around audience relevance, useful content and clear mutual value. Rather than exchanging logos, we want to create campaigns, conversations and experiences that help both organisations reach the right people in a credible and meaningful way.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the deadline to become a Founding Partner?
Founding Partner status is limited and confirmed on a first-agreed basis ahead of the show on 26–27 November 2026. Media planning benefits from lead time, so the earlier you register interest, the more we can build together.
Are press credentials and media passes included?
Yes — every confirmed partner receives full press accreditation for their named team, and approved journalists can apply separately for media accreditation to cover the event.
Can we host a live podcast or record interviews at the venue?
Yes. The event includes an on-site press area with space to record interviews and podcasts, scheduled in advance. Speaker and exhibitor interviews can be requested subject to availability.
This is the first edition — why partner now?
Because launching together is the opportunity: Founding Partners get category exclusivity, first pick of formats, recognition carried into future editions, and a real say in how the show takes shape — none of which is available once an event is established.
What is a Media Partner?
An organisation whose core activity includes journalism, publishing or broadcasting, supporting the event through editorial coverage, interviews, previews, reporting, podcasts or video.
What is a Marketing Partner?
An organisation with promotional channels or audiences that supports the event through campaigns, social promotion, community distribution, referrals or cross-promotion.
What is a Community Partner?
An organisation representing a professional, regional or interest-based community that supports the event through member communications, introductions and community-led sessions.
Is a partnership the same as sponsorship?
No. Sponsorship is a paid commercial arrangement. Media and marketing partnerships are a structured exchange of value, agreed in writing.
Is there a fee to become a partner?
Partnerships are based on a value exchange rather than a standard fee. Any commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Do partners receive free exhibition space?
Not automatically. Any benefits, including stand space, are defined in the partnership agreement.
Can partners interview speakers?
Speaker interviews may be part of a partnership, but access is subject to suitability, availability and agreement — it isn't guaranteed.
Can partners use event content?
Content access and usage rights must be agreed in writing in the partnership agreement.
Can influencers apply?
Yes. We welcome creators with authentic, relevant audiences who follow appropriate advertising-disclosure rules.
Can international media organisations apply?
Yes. We offer international media partnership opportunities including country-specific promotion and delegation coverage.
Can an agency apply on behalf of a client?
Yes. Please indicate that you're applying on behalf of a client and name them where permission allows.
Can partners receive attendee data?
Personal attendee data is not automatically shared. Any data activity follows privacy, consent and data-protection requirements.
What is the difference between partnership and media accreditation?
A partnership is a structured collaboration agreed in writing. Media accreditation gives approved journalists access to cover the event and does not create partner status, branding rights or commercial benefits.
Does joining the waiting list confirm a partnership?
No. Joining the waiting list or registering interest does not approve or confirm a partnership.
Can a partnership continue throughout the year?
Yes. Partnerships can extend beyond the live show through webinars, Learning Hub content, podcasts and community campaigns.
What happens after registration?
Our team reviews your organisation, audience and proposed contribution, then contacts you if there's a relevant opportunity. Nothing is confirmed until a written agreement is in place.
Let's create more impact together
Whether you publish, broadcast, market, influence, educate or lead a community, we'd like to explore how your organisation could help amplify valuable property conversations while gaining meaningful access, content and visibility at Property Expo Birmingham.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a partnership. All partnerships are subject to relevance, suitability, availability and written agreement.
Media and Marketing Partnerships are subject to audience relevance, suitability, availability and written agreement. Registering interest does not approve or confirm a partnership, and Founding Partner status is confirmed only in a written agreement. Media accreditation is assessed separately. Content rights, promotional commitments, branding, reporting and data use must be agreed in writing and managed in accordance with applicable advertising, privacy, intellectual-property and data-protection requirements.
