The Great Property Show UK is created and run by B2B Growth Hub, a membership-based business network built on one belief: people and organisations grow faster when the right connections are easy to make. We've spent years bringing companies together, and across the property world we kept hearing the same thing — the market is bigger, more fragmented and harder to navigate than it needs to be.

So we set out to build something different. Not another exhibition measured only by footfall, but a genuinely useful gathering point for the whole property community, where a first-time buyer, a portfolio landlord, a housebuilder and an international developer can each find the people, ideas and opportunities that matter to them, under one roof.

Everything we do starts with one question: what will you leave with? Whether that's a mortgage broker you trust, a development partner, a supplier, an investor, or simply the confidence to take your next step, our job is to make that connection happen.

Our Story

Why we started

The Great Property Show UK is a new event, and we're proud of that. It has been shaped from the ground up around what today's property audiences actually need, rather than inherited from an older format that no longer fits the way people buy, invest, build and advise.

Property touches almost everyone, yet the people who can help — lenders, developers, agents, advisers and innovators — are too often scattered across separate worlds. We're bringing them together in Birmingham, at the National Conference Centre, on 26 & 27 November 2026, and organising the show around six clear property communities so you can find your people quickly.

This first edition is the beginning of something we intend to build carefully and ambitiously, with the community, over the years ahead.

We're not here for a single event. We're building a lasting platform for the property community — and we'd like you to grow with us.

Next 12 months

Launch The Great Property Show UK, establish the six property communities, and begin a programme of year-round webinars, content and connection so the value doesn't stop when the doors close.

12–24 months

Deepen our partnerships across finance, development, PropTech and international markets, expand the Learning Hub, and grow the show around the communities that engage most.

24–36 months

Build the show into a trusted national platform for property, one that helps buyers, investors, landlords, developers and professionals make better decisions and stronger connections, year after year.
