A new show, run by an established events team
B2B Growth Hub runs Property Expo Birmingham on behalf of a membership network built around one idea: businesses grow faster through direct contact than through marketing spend alone. We work with companies at every stage, from founders taking their first stand to developers who've exhibited with us for years, and our job is making sure the right people end up talking to each other.

Ready When You Are
Two ways to get started
Pick the route that fits — each opens a short form. Our exhibition team reviews every enquiry and comes back with the most relevant available options.
Any organisation whose products or services are relevant to our property audiences — from lenders, agents and PropTech firms to construction, legal, international and professional-services businesses.
What stand options are available?
Two stand types: a Shell Scheme stand (walls, fascia, carpet and lighting — ready to go) and a Space Only stand (bare floor space for a custom build), available in 1m × 2m and 2m × 2m. Our team will recommend the best fit.
How much does a stand cost?
Stand costs depend on the type, size and options you choose. Pricing is available on application — request a quote and our team will confirm the right option and pricing for your requirements.
What's included with a stand?
It depends on the package. See the inclusions guide on this page — some items are included, some are optional add-ons, and some (like public liability insurance) are the exhibitor's responsibility. Your quote will confirm exactly what's included.
Is electricity included?
Power is typically an optional add-on rather than included as standard. It will be itemised in your quote.
Can we build our own stand?
Yes — choose a Space Only stand. Custom builds are subject to build regulations, risk assessments, height restrictions and health-and-safety requirements.
Can we choose our stand location?
You can express a preference and we'll do our best to accommodate it, but locations are subject to availability and confirmed in writing.
Can a stand be held temporarily?
A stand may be optionally held for a limited period with an expiry date. It is not confirmed until the agreement and payment conditions are met.
When is a booking confirmed?
Only after the required agreement is signed and the payment conditions (e.g. deposit) are completed. Registering interest, requesting a quote or joining the waiting list does not confirm a stand.
Are payment plans available?
Payment terms, including deposits and instalment options where offered, are set out in your quotation and agreement.
Can international companies exhibit?
Yes — international companies are welcome to exhibit. Choose a Shell Scheme or Space Only stand and our team will help with the details.
Can exhibitors speak at the event?
Speaking and Learning Hub sessions may be added, but are subject to programme suitability, availability and organiser approval — they aren't automatically included.
Can exhibitors collect visitor details?
Yes, with appropriate consent. Any lead capture must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements; personal attendee data is not shared automatically.
Are exhibitor passes included?
Yes — pass allocation varies by package and is confirmed in your quote.
Can we book extra furniture or internet?
Yes — furniture, power, Wi-Fi and other technical services are available as optional add-ons.
Can we share a stand?
Sharing may be possible depending on your requirements — ask our team when you enquire.
Can we cancel or move our stand?
Cancellation and movement rights depend on the terms of your written agreement.
What is the waiting list?
If a preferred size or location is limited, join the waiting list to be notified when space, cancellations or new opportunities become available. It doesn't reserve a stand.
What happens after requesting a quote?
Our exhibition team reviews your requirements and contacts you with relevant available options, a quotation and next steps. Nothing is confirmed until agreement and payment conditions are met.
